Purpose in What We Do

Nursing staff assume the responsibility of total nursing care and well-being of Kiwanis residents. Our Nursing staff is inclusive of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Resident Attendants. Kiwanis also has an on-site Activities Coordinator and a Rehabilitation Assistant, in an effort to contribute to a wholistic level of care.

Dietary staff are responsible for providing food services and assisting with preparation, as well as distribution of food and beverages for the Kiwanis Nursing Home.

Environmental Services staff assume the responsibility of maintaining a safe and clean environment in the Home. Environmental Services staff provide housekeeping and laundry services for Kiwanis residents.

Maintenance staff assume the responsibility of performing preventative maintenance on nursing home buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems.

Administration staff assume the responsibility of performing administrative duties in accordance with nursing home requirements.
